3D printed samples
We offer the production of 3D-printed ceramic samples for research, development, and testing purposes. We deliver finished ceramic samples to our customers at the desired stage of processing—from "green body" prints to fully sintered ceramic parts. This service is primarily intended for teams that want to work with 3D-printed ceramic structures but do not want to deal with slurry development, print setup, post-processing, and heat treatment.
We produce standardized test geometries, porous scaffolds, discs, cylinders, prisms, gyroid and lattice structures, or custom samples based on provided designs. The samples can be used, for example, for cell experiments, biological evaluation, microstructural analysis, mechanical testing, geometry verification, or assessing the suitability of ceramic 3D printing for a specific application.
This service is suitable for universities, research groups, laboratories, R&D departments, and industrial partners who need to quickly obtain ceramic test samples without having to implement the entire ceramic 3D printing process in-house.
The samples are intended for research and development purposes. They are not certified as medical devices or for direct clinical use.

How to place an order:
Send us the desired sample type, material, quantity, and, if applicable, your own STL file. We will assess the printability of the geometry, recommend a suitable material and manufacturing process, and prepare a price quote including an estimated delivery date.

Bioceramic carriers
Do you need bioceramic scaffolds for your research?
Porous ceramic scaffolds with a gyroid structure are frequently requested in the fields of cell culture, biological testing, and tissue engineering research. We offer the preparation of 3D-printed test samples made of hydroxyapatite (HA), β-tricalcium phosphate (β-TCP) or they mixture —without the need for you to develop your own suspension, optimize printing parameters, or perform heat treatment.

Lead-free piezoceramic materials
We most commonly produce disc-shaped and square samples with a thickness of approximately 1–3 mm, suitable, for example, for material, dielectric, or piezoelectric testing. Upon request, we can also produce other geometries, dimensions, or thicknesses according to customer specifications.
The samples are intended for research and development use.
